The Annapurna Sanctuary is a high-altitude glacial basin in the Himalayas of north-central Nepal, ringed by some of the world's most dramatic peaks including Annapurna I (8,091 m), Machapuchare, and Hiunchuli. It is reached via the iconic Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) trek, one of Nepal's most popular trekking routes, winding through terraced farmland, rhododendron forests, and remote Gurung villages. Trekkers are drawn by the extraordinary 360-degree mountain panoramas, the relatively accessible high-altitude experience, and the rich cultural encounters along the trail. The region falls within the Annapurna Conservation Area, the largest protected area in Nepal.

Missions
Nobody's posted a Mission for Annapurna Sanctuary, Nepal yet — which, frankly, is an opportunity.
Wait, what's a Mission? It's not a scheduled trip with dates and a minimum group size like a Departure — it's a goal. Learn to dive, do a Muay Thai camp, live somewhere for a month and work on something, chase one very specific experience. Post it, and other people chasing the same thing find you.
Be the first to post one: "Eat the strangest thing on the menu every single day for a week and document the regret."
