Rome to Corfu: Self-Launched Dalmatian Coast Hostel Adventure

A self-launched version of G Adventures' 14-day Roamies trip from Rome to Corfu, rebuilt around bookable ferries, buses and hostels. Start with gelato and street art in Rome, cross the Adriatic on the Ancona–Split overnight ferry, then island-hop Split and Brač, walk the wine-country walls at Ston, and soak up Dubrovnik's old town. Continue into Montenegro for Perast and a sunrise climb above Kotor, cross into Albania for Lake Skadar and Tirana, then ride the Albanian Riviera down to Saranda and ferry over to Corfu. Everything here can be booked independently — hostels in the same style, licensed local guides instead of a tour leader, and public transport instead of a private vehicle. Costs are approximate per person and exclude international flights into Rome and out of Corfu.
