An independent, self-launched version of Med Sailing Holidays' 8-day yoga sailing week in the Ionian Sea. The commercial tour puts you on a crewed yacht with a skipper and host (breakfast and lunch on board, daily yoga), starting and ending in Lefkada. This self-launched plan keeps the same islands — Sivota, Vathy on Ithaca, Sami on Kefalonia, Fiskardo, Desimi Beach, Kalamos and back to Lefkada — but swaps the private yacht for a mix of a shared/affordable day-sail or skippered crewed-yacht cabin split between a few travellers, plus cheap inter-island ferries, an island bus and a hired scooter. Yoga happens with local studios, beach classes or a self-practice mat. Everything is bookable yourself (GetYourGuide day sails, local ferry companies, island bus operators, direct hostel bookings).
