You book Fiesta park-and-ride tickets and a balloon ride direct, walk Santa Fe's Plaza and Canyon Road, and hike the slot canyons of Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks (check the NPS/BLM page for current openings — it has had long closures) or swap in Bandelier National Monument if it's shut. Expect roughly a fifth of the package price, with the bulk of the savings coming from hostel/motel stays and public transport instead of a private van.
