A DIY version of G Adventures' 15-day camping loop from Seattle to San Francisco through Glacier, Yellowstone, Grand Teton and Yosemite. Instead of a private touring van and a CEO, you'll string together Amtrak trains, Greyhound/FlixBus coaches and a couple of short internal flights, sleep in hostel dorms in the cities and pitch your own tent (or grab a campground cabin) in the national parks, and book ranger-led walks and self-guided loop hikes rather than a group leader.
