A 28-day self-launched backpacker run from Cape Town to Johannesburg covering the highlights of the original G Adventures 18-to-Thirtysomethings overland trip: Cape Town, the Cederberg and Namaqualand, the Sossusvlei dunes, Swakopmund, Etosha, the Okavango Delta, Chobe, Victoria Falls and Kruger. Instead of a guided Lando truck, you piece it together with the Baz Bus, Intercape/Greyhound coaches, shared 4x4 shuttles through Namibia, an Okavango mokoro poler and self-drive/open-vehicle day safaris.
